ATM’s BuildAssist Flooring and Acoustic workstations offer a reliable and ergonomic solution for the assembly of components and fasteners to automotive flooring components.

These specialised systems ensure repeatable nesting for flexible components whilst being ergonomically designed to allow easy handling and manipulation of large parts. With the capability of network integration and sequencing with bar codes, these systems are both configurable and straightforward.

There are a wide range of assembly and verification technologies available with various uses including mat clips, vents, trim, sound suppression and colour detection.
