An increasing number of vehicles now have bright-work enhancement on doorsills, boot and tailgate scuff plates and across interior trim modules such as doors and centre consoles etc. To address this trend, ATM has developed dedicated systems and technologies for the assembly, testing and verification of these components.

Machine Features:

• Assemble bright-work components to the plastic substrates.

• Perform automatic Tab Folding operations

• Perform assembly verification and inspection tasks using sensors and / or machine vision

• Assemble and test LED inserts to door sills and scuff plates

• Assemble protective film and verify successful assembly
