ATM’s field proven concept for optics moulding is based upon some of the best production technology available today. Multi-impression male and female flower mouldings are manufactured in a highly efficient cell. This design both optimizes cycle times and maximises production throughout.

System Features:

• Dedicated injection moulding machine and 6-axis robot for the production of male flower mouldings

• Innovative robot end of arm tooling to pre-assemble male and female mouldings

• Third 6-axis robot to handle assembled parts, place to vacuum formed trays and transfer trays between stations

• Automated tray handling system to present empty trays and remove populated trays
