ATM Automation have designed and manufactured a number of Cam Operated Assembly Systems, used to assemble 5 individual component parts at the rate of 3600 per hour. The machines comprise of rotary and linear indexing systems each using Cam Operated Pick ad Place mechanisms to achieve the required assembly speed.
These machines incorporate:
- Bulk Component Hoppers
- Vibratory Bowl Feeders
- Rotary Table (with up to 24 position indexing)
- Precision Linear Indexing Units
- UV Sterilising
- Leak Detection
- Hot Melt Application
This technology can be easily applied to the assembly of up to ten individual component parts at speeds of up to 65 per minute and the ATM concept enables easy integration of additional processes to the machine.
